Looking for your mail?

• Letters will be available for collection at the front desk.
• Parcels will be placed in one of our parcel lockers – turn left out of the lifts, then turn right before the breakfast bar and you will see them.
• You will receive an SMS with an access code to retrieve them.
• Please ensure we have your Australian mobile number so you can receive the SMS.
