We are here to support you 24/7 so please make sure you get to know our team and talk to us about any issues or concerns you have.

First things first, for an overview of what we expect from you and what you can expect from us, you should review our International U18 Handbook & House Rules.
Complaints and feedback
If you are experiencing any issues within the Property, you must report it to Iglu Management as soon as reasonably practical via [email protected].
All complaints and concerns will be dealt with by Iglu Management through an internal conflict resolution process. If you find that you require an alternative placement, Iglu Management will investigate, review and work in conjunction with your tertiary provider to find a suitable solution.
If you are unsatisfied with the result of any measures taken by Iglu Management, please write to [email protected] where the complaint or concern will be dealt with by senior members of Iglu external to the property.
